You might see this and think it’s a fairytale book. It’s not. It’s a business book about a Little Unicorn and how things can be done differently. A story dedicated to all HR leaders, sharing the importance of Internal Communications and the impact it has in the wonderful world of work. Written by the magical Catrin Lewis, Global Head of Internal Communications and Engagement for Reward Gateway and illustrated by the talented Petar Bodganov, watercolour artist based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It was great fun to work with both of them and combine everyone’s ideas and creativity in this 36 pages little book.
