Hi there! I’m Elisabetta, but please call me Betta!

I’m an Italian Graphic Designer based in London, and currently the Global Head of Brand Design at Reward Gateway | Edenred, where I’ve been part of the Marketing Team for over 7 years. I lead our brand design direction across events, webinars, campaigns, and experiences, while also supporting Sales and Client Success teams with compelling presentations and visual tools that bring our products to life.

With 14+ years of experience and a Master’s degree in Graphic Design from the London College of Communication, I’m a multi-disciplined, ideas-led creative passionate about branding and storytelling. I love turning bold ideas into effective, beautifully crafted designs – whether it’s launching a new business identity or developing assets that elevate an established brand. My design philosophy is simple: less is more, but always with purpose and personality.

When I’m not behind a screen, you’ll likely find me at the gym, out hiking (my proudest moment: reaching Everest Base Camp), exploring London’s creative corners, or dancing the night away at house music events.
