The Engagement Excellence Summit is an annual event, taking place at the The Brewery in London, bringing together 700+ HR professionals for a day of learning, inspiration and connection. In such a big venue for the EnEx team it was important to make people feel the brand presence from the moment the guests walked through the main door, to the last glass of bubbles at the end of the event. This was achieved starting with the signage and event agendas placed outside each room, and making good use of all the surfaces which the venue organisers allowed us to stick vinyls to, such as the foyer floor and the edge of the stairs. The whole event was ‘mountain’ themed including all sorts of links to Everest and rock climbing. A photobooth with a giant moose, props and a branded flag was the perfect way to top it all, and boost some fun pictures to be shared on social media.
