BIMA is the leading mobile-delivered health and insurance provider in emerging markets, reaching over 35 million customers across 9 countries. As BIMA’s in-house Senior Designer I was nominated as their brand ambassador, firstly tasked with the design of the brand guidelines, I had to ensure these were respected in every market they operated. With the brand book in place, I developed a tool-kit consisting of business cards, stationery, PowerPoint Slides, uniforms and event merchandise, so that each country could deal with local suppliers at any time. As well as all this, my role encompassed oversight of the continuous development of the BIMA Doctor App and the company’s website.
