As Head of Design, I led the creative direction and visual production of the Appreciation Awards 2025 at London’s Natural History Museum. Hosted by Paddy McGuinness, the event blended atmosphere, storytelling, and immersive design. A magical dinner beneath the blue whale in Hintze Hall shaped our approach, with branding built around our signature blue-and-gold palette and a refined sea motif. Highlights included custom wave-detail menus and a bespoke event film celebrating Reward Gateway’s clients, reinforcing the message that every ripple makes waves in the world of employee engagement. The night wrapped with a vibrant jungle-themed afterparty. From concept to execution, it was one of the most rewarding and creatively fulfilling events I’ve led.
