The HR Issue is a podcast that explores key topics in HR and People leadership, with a focus on Wellbeing in its first Season. I led the end-to-end design and creative direction for the project, from initial concept through to launch. My involvement included developing the branding, designing and setting up the studio, creating all digital assets for promotion, and directing the production of both the teaser video and full episodes. I supported the project throughout its entire lifecycle, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience from pre-production to launch day.
