The Engagement Excellence Awards celebrate and recognise the work HR teams have done to design, deliver and drive employee engagement at their company. The Awards Ceremony takes place at a different iconic venue in London every year and I had the privilege of being involved with the branding of both the 2018 event at the Roundhouse in Camden and the 2019 event at the Natural History Museum in South Kensington. Branded material included everything from the printed items like the event guide, place cards and menus, to the digital assets like the animated screens across the venue and the presentation announcing the Winners on the big screen. Under the Art Direction of Leonie Williamson and beautifully coordinated by the EnEx Awards Team, this event has all the sparkles and glam you can possibly dream of.
